The communication I had with everyone at the office. The driver was nice and the office communicated.
The packers were fabulous, Nothing they packed was broken, with the exception of a large piece of glass. The driver was great, except that his truck broke down and he delivered outside the window. However, he and the unloading crew delivered by household goods to two locations--my apartment and storage, and they had to go back to storage when not everything fit into the apartment. They were outstanding.
First, I will not know until I complete unpacking. To date, Sierra at the local office was awesome in checking in with me. I cannot say enough about the courtesy, strength, endurance, positive attitude, attempt to meet my expectations of placement, and professionalism of the driver, Ryder and his co- driver Justin. Ryder and Justin unloaded without the local team who did not show up due to s scheduling error at destination.
Driver Greg was outstanding. Of all prior interstate moves I made, Greg was clearly the best. Most professional and excellent working relationship with crew at origin & destination. Very efficient crew under his supervision.Greg kept me posted all along the moving process. Top shelf!
