I've moved across the country 5 or 6 times, and this was the easiest move I've ever had. Everything happened the way I was promised. It was seamless and effortless. It was fantastic. Lisa, the rep, was awesome.

The overall move and treatment of the drivers and movers. The drivers were extremely nice and did a good job.

The overall service I received was very good. The driver was very considerate of my goods and my walls.

The lady who set it all up was wonderful. The two drivers who were in charge of the crews were both excellent. Because no one was there to unload the grandfather clock and marble top table. No one showed to help with unloading grandfather clock and marble top table.

The overall move and the driver and the crew were excellent. I would always recommend them. The driver's name is Dale Ohara.

The driver was amazing. He did a phenomenal job. He made sure that I understood everything. Bill Freeman is the vice president out of Dallas & he keptme informed and was concerned about my relocation.

The packers came a day before to pack my items, because the day that they were scheduled to come, there was going to be a snow storm. So, they wanted to be ready, and they were also on time.

Everybody did exactly what they said they would do, also the care that was from the rep. He also gave great advice in terms of packing.

The overall experience. They were great. They did what they said. It was a large move and they took care of us.

From start to finish I was pleased with the estimate and everything happened as expected. It went smoothly

I have already reccomended them to someone. Because it was a good move. They were skilled. They moved our piano great. They were on time. They were friendly.

They were helpful & knwldg. Everything that was supposed to happen took place. I did receive my goods.

The personnel who did my moving out of Cleveland OH. Fridrich is the name of the company. They were the crew that picked it up and delivered it.

I rated a ten b/c of the driver. He was very careful and treated our items as though they were his own. We appreciated that. Kristy, the coordinator, was very helpful.

I was completely satisfied with all the people involved. They were polite and did everything I asked of them.

Every aspect of the move was easy to get done. They did it on time and everything was done wonderfully. I will definitely use them again. The men were wonderful and careful in handling my items.

My things arrived in good shape. Everyone was nice, polite, and courteous. North American did a good job.

We were very pleased that everything was delivered as promised. We had good communication. The driver found a piece of our item and made sure we received it. Diane in the office was polite. I made many changes and questions and she was very nice to me and followed up with a phone call.

I used the same company for the move, however as far moving again using them or recommending them, I would look into other companies.

Prompt and courteous. They were good at their word. Felix did an excellent job, and helpers as well. Todd Dewoody and Christina the coordinator was fine.

There were a few hiccups w/ this move. There was an issue w/ the scheduling of the TV packers to crate my TV. Also, there was lags in communication with my coordinator.

I was pleased with everything . The driver and his crew was professional, and their work ethics was good.

The overall move was excellent. It was something we had never done before on that scale and they made it very comfortable. I had a good interaction with the first rep who came out and w/ the crew. They did a good job of transporting a classic vehicle. They loaded it last and extracted it first.

The driver was very polite, timely, and down to earth . They were very very professional and easy to talk to.

They did everything they could. They were very professional. They called me. I was very impressed and so was my father.

I thought they followed through when they called, when they said they would be here, and I could call them when I needed to. I would say reliability and accommodating my needs.

Their respect for us & our possessions. They were all very mindful of my time & the value of my possessions. I had a death at the time & they were very mindful of that.

The overall work of everyone involved from the rep who came to explain and the driver and his crew. Everyone was great and worked hard. They were very polite and made sure I understood everything.

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly through the process. Care and concern was shown to us and our property.

They were great with me. The communication was great durning the drop off and pick up. They were grat working with. I only had a few small braken items and I was the one who packed them.

The courtesy and professionalism of the staff. We gave them a window and it would of been better that instead of showing up at the end of the window they show up at the beginning of the window. But over all everything was good.

I based on the fact that all my e-mails were answered, and the time of the load was granted my belongings were safe.

It was their expertise and how they wrapped everything. We were greatly impressed. Anything you can say good about them put it down. We were extremely impressed with the service and would highly recommend them.

They were great overall. Fabio the driver was amazing, he was in constant contact with us, he went out of his way to try to get our delivery ahead of schedule, and made sure everything went smoothly.

I liked the whole move was handled professionally from the man who gave me a quote to the loading & unloading.

They were very caring and socializing with us, they were great with packing they treated our stuff liked it was their. They interacted with us very well they showed us respect.

The availability and communication of the rep and the driver/crew influenced my rating. They kept me up to date as they got more details.

I was concerned about the price, it ended up costing more the estimated price. There was no explanation for why the price changed.

Overall, I was happy that my items made it in one piece. Everyone was pretty good. The delivery was timely. The movers helped extra as well.

North American was punctual and everything was delivered besides one item. My air compressor handle is missing. The driver is named Terry and he said that the handle was in his truck so he promised to send it to me.

The schedule, the ease of the whole process, and we've used North American in the past and we were very satisfied.

The personality and care that the fellows showed. The driver was very nice and they were a good team. They kept everything coordinated.

It was super easy. From the first communication to the phone call I received to make sure my things were delivered properly.

Gary answered all my questions and answered the phone I was happy with the movers and packers, they did what they were supposed to do.

The move was really great for us. If I were moving myself without a relocation packet, it would be expensive.

North American was so professional & did exactly what they said they would be doing; they were very respectful.

I like our satisfaction with the whole process. The pricing was fair. The drivers, crew, loaders & move coordinator were professional. The driver & crew carefully packed some items.

North American kept in contact. They came when they said they would, delivered when they said they would, worked really fast, and got the job done.

Overall how they treated me and all my belongings, how they unpacked them, and went above what they had to, I really appreciated that. I am a satis cust, the guy I dealt with was great, and I was satis with the whole process.

The overall professionalism and the care that everyone showed in person and on the phone. The movers were a father and son team, Dan and Dan, and they were excellent. We have a claim as the ones who delivered was inexperienced with assembling, and we're working with customer service now.

I guess the overall process from beginning to end. The communication was outstanding. Also when they told me a time they were on time.

The driver was very careful, accurate w/ the pricing and unloaded in the worst possible storm. The driver was excellent.

The driver was extremely good with everything that I needed. He was a class act in anything I needed and asked for. I had to unpack a large portion of my boxes, which was part of the move.

North American provided great customer service and communication. I was very happy with the quickness of the move and I would suggest their services to anybody.

Overall, the move went very well except for the communication from the agent b/c they said they were going to contact us but yet to do so.

I felt that they people that arranged and did the pick up did outstanding. The pick up people were very fast and very organized and I really liked that.

The driver was fantastic. The move coordinator did a great job I feel this was a pretty good move overall.

The overall professionalism of the driver and crew they chose to use. They answered questions and made sure they respected our stuff.

All I saw was the loading. They were here when they said they would be. They took care of my items. They were courteous.

I just think the communicating and letting us know what was happening and when it was coming, I thought everything was good.

I thought it was slightly on the expensive side. No specific dates for delivery. When loading was confirmed someone called and said someone would call on Sept.7th. and no one called. I was slightly dissatisfied because of the dates given for delivery.

The movers were very caring and helpful. If I needed some answers Carmen got them for me. Overall the people were good and worked hard.

I really liked the responsiveness of the agent. He gave me recycled cartons to pack my stuff in. I really appreciated that. There is a missing item or two.

The crew was courteous and worked very hard. They were diligent to making sure they got the job done. The agent was friendly, informative and comprehensive.

I had a hard time understanding the del day. They were suppose to del on June 3rd but they understood the 23rd but to my luck I was able to correct that.

Michelle, the coordinator did an excellent job. The del team did a good job of protecting the house by covering corners for the move.

They went above and beyond and attempted to move a large piece of furn upstairs but the ceiling was too low. Everything was great.

The quality of the driver and his work ethic. The speed, quality and friendliness from the driver and his wife.

The effort that the driver and crew had shown. They were very professional and hard working. I made an appointment that someone would come for picking up my car on the moving day. The car would be shipped separately and no one came so I called and they arrived at 8pm.

The overall experience influenced my rating. The tracking information on the website was never updated.

They were always in communication and did exactly what they said they would. They did need 3 people for the crew. It took them 10 hours which was 3 more hour longer than what they told me.

The movers were very professional, they were fun, we got along great, and they did what I asked them to do, Tracy Simmons the driver was great.

I am pleased to say the team treated me with respect, and care. The service was good. The team was honest and helpful.

I thought they were extremely professional, they took care with my possessions, they went above and beyond to help me and I'm completely satisfied.

The move was very easy and North American followed through with what they said they would do. The movers were very careful.

Professionalism from beginning to end.Rep was up front & professional, he returned all calls. The driver came on time & did everything we asked. I was happy with the overall move.

The moving crew was very nice and helpful. The moving crew was very nice. I did think they could have done better but due to weather conditions I do understand.

The overall service. Betty, Shawn treated our furniture like it was there own, Sherry was always answering questions for me.

Everything from start to finish, the agent always kept in contact. Juan and his team were amazing and kept in contact. They were fast, swift and professional.

They were prompt and followed through on everything they said, and seemed to know what they were doing. I was extremely satisfied w/ everything that happened.

We are extremely happy. Like the way ppl at the origin, were from beginning to end. That driver went from Md to the tip of Texas. The system worked really well. Process went smoothly.

The whole move was awesome. The people that I spoke to over the phone were good. The drivers were good too.

They were courteous and there was great communication and responsibility. The driver for del was great.

Everybody that I dealt with was accurate, the movers were great. John and Ann Johnson, I would recommend them, they were wonderful.

The overall service. we had to deliver in three different locations that went well. The driver and crew was very efficient.

It was a very easy process. I was out of the country when it was happening. I was very pleased. I arrived to my old apartment and found everything ready for me.

I would recommend saunier moving and storage. I felt like I had personal care from Ed. He accommodated an unusual request and did a great job.

I used the services in the past and I would use them again in the future. I would like to give Sal a congratulations with the move, he did a really good job.

The entire process. The ppl seemed confident, they asked questions and was pleasant. They seemed to be interested in doing a good job. We had an excellent experience. They explained everything

The service was really good and the delivery was on time. There was a slight delay with the pick up but explained to me why to my satisfaction.
