The driver was great. The drivers were here when they said they would be, and they also unloaded when they said they would.

Everybody was helpful,& I felt well taken care of. The driver was very experienced; knew what he was doing & he was respectful. The coordinator was very nice. They always worked with me & the movers.

The care and the communication from North American. Overall the move was good but I did have some scratched merchandise.

There was nobody to contact me to tell me when my goods would be delivered. I was billed extra money. The driver said he would have them call me, but no one ever called me.

It was the whole thing from the packing crew trhough the whole thing. They were great. The house goods were moved into stoarage. Some things were more expensive and we asked them to crate those.

I thought they were pretty organized. The communication was good. I've dealt with several representatives, under NAVL. They were all nice. The goods are in storage. they'll be delivered in about a week.

The driver and the gentlemen that came out to access everything was excellent. They moved everything with care as well.

The move was really good, but there could be better or worse service shown to others considering North American Van Lines. My items are still in storage.

The teams were good, great, and did an amazing job. The crew did an amazing. The teams were good and great. I did have make my own phone call. Everything in Ohio was fine. The original time got cancelled. the driver did call.

They were very helpful w/us. We had some things to pack. They moved the things that we did have. They thanked us. They made the del b/f the date. The driver was good. We liked Danny, the driver.

We were very satisfied with what the del team did. They did what they were supposed to. We were told it would be picked on Monday, but they came on Saturday. We were called on Friday to let us know.

I really appreciated the movers. There was no cursing, fighting or arguing. They mostly worked together & got everything done in a timely manner. They were very professional in their work.

We are planning to use them again. What most influenced me was that it was professional, timely, packed as said and del as said. The del team was professional, well informed and it was great.

I was very satisfied with the driver and his crew. They always kept me informed, they were also very courteous, friendly, and they did a great job.

The packers came a day before to pack my items, because the day that they were scheduled to come, there was going to be a snow storm. So, they wanted to be ready, and they were also on time.

The attitude of all the workers and they were very helpful and respectful. I appreciate North American.

Probably just the cost. My special request was for my items to be delivered at a specific time and they were.

The overall experience with North American was good. The pricing was a little high but it was worth it in the end. The packing was fine.

I had a fantastic experience. They were on time, helped me with the dates, were careful, and courteous. They were really great and the price was fair. I had an outstanding experience. I was going to write them a letter I was so grateful. I had very specific dates needed for my pick up and delivery and they were on time for both.

Everything was pretty smooth. Everything was good, the driver was good. Outside of the rep over estimating me I think she was pretty good. They were good but over estimated for what I was moving. The driver was excellent. He was a good guy. The driver was just great. The driver was very accommodating.

The driver was awesome, he communicated very well. Mike Bart the driver was great and I would recommend his service to anyone.

The care, communication was good, the people were good. It was based on my entire experience. A loading company loaded my goods and transferred it to the warehouse. They had a driver come and transport the goods.

North American provided a very personable experience and they followed through with everything that I needed.

The quality of workmanship and their attitudes. There was open communication and everything was delivered when promised.

They worked with me on the complication with the move. They drove 100 miles. It went extremely well. They loaded well and they unloaded well.

So far overall it's great. You never give anyone a ten. It was outstanding. They actually came a half hour early. The driver a one of the loaders did a great job loading and a great now. I highly recommend this crew.

Starting w/ the rep he explained everything thoroughly. The prices were as I was told and reasonable. The whole move was pleasant because of the movers. The crew was awesome. The crew was very careful w/ the floors and they did three trips to get my stuff and they did great.

HOW FAST THEY GOT MY STUFF HERE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS SECURE, COMMUNICATION WITH THE SALES PERSON AND THE DRIVER.

I certainly would recommend North American. It all went very smooth and very well organized. Everything went smooth.

It was a straightforward move, costless, flawless, easy, and the people I worked with locally were very good.

I think they packed everything nice and they took great care when loading my household goods. They took care when they unloaded and they arrived on time.

The promptness of the scheduling. Craig did my packing. The driver arrived early. I did have some crating done. I spoke with the coordinator frequently.

The fact that they got here early. Everything went very smooth. That was the best thing, that it all just went so smooth. They crated and uncrated everything very well.

Mr. Fitzpatrick did a great job with the estimate. The crew did an amazing job with my items. We had an issue because they gave me a different loading time. The coordinator gave the movers the wrong time. The crew did an outstanding job. They handled everything with care.

We were in the middle of a blizzard and we thought the driver was going to call 24 hours in advance but he called 2 hours before and we needed to supply the help.

The peronality and work ethic of the driver and his crew. They were great. The coordinater was also very helpful.

NorthAmerican Van Lines kept me informed and tried to help me due to my move occurring during the snowstorm. The driver called me an hour before they arrived at my home. The delivery was pushed back due to the snow storm. My items were already packed by me because they were in a storage unit.

I appreciate the attention paid to me by the delivery driver and his crew. The coordinator at Palmer Moving contacted me multiple time to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The misrepresentation of cost. By the time the cost became clear there was no changing. They underestimated the weight quite a bit. The estimate was off by %90. If I knew I would have used someone else. $10,000, the final cost was $ 19000. The packers were terrific. They had to hire a Uhaul to shuttle things 70 yards that was $150

They did exactly what they said. The arrival time was prompt and everything was fine. There was one packer and he did a wonderful job. old china and crystal . Not all of stuff was inventoried so harder when I received stuff. I'm missing a dolly and never got it back.

Jesse and Stan and the care that they took w/ our belongings. They are a great team and they worked together. Shannon at Memphis office was great as well.

I felt it was possible to move everything and was pleasantly surprised with the movers as they did everything on time, they answered all questions, the moving crew was positive.

The driver Mike was very helpful and showed professionalism. The overall move was good. The packing was good. The driver was a hard worker. The local agent used alot of unnecessary paper. Mike was kind, helpful, and nice. Mike went above and beyond.

They moved me before and I go by their schedule because they're so good. I asked the guy to move my plant and he put it in his office and watered it as well.

The agent I dealt with was outstanding. The crew that picked me up and dropped me off did a great job. They contacted me hours before to let me know of their arrival. They did a good job moving.

I used North American several times before and the person we used in Chicago was outstanding and made sure everything that was promised was done.

I cant predict how they would handle others, but my experience was perfect. James Cory, was particularly good. He did what he said he would.

From the moment we called North American, everyone from the person on the phone to the people we dealt w/ was very careful and did a great job. North American took precautions to my special clock.
