I have been using the same guy for all of my moves this is my 3rd move with the driver and my 5th move with North American.

The overall things that were done, like packing the truck and making sure that everything was covered, including the glass that was on the desk. These aspects of the move most influenced my rating.

The driver was so easy to work with, everybody was actually. The driver, the coordinator, and estimator all were very great to work with.

I could talk to people always answered my questions. Everything I called I was able to speak to people and they were persavable and great. The movers were great and excellent.

The professionalism. They did what they said they would do. The delivery date was when they said it would be. There was good communication between me and the driver.

I was happy with the communication during the move and the wonderful service from North American's staff. I was very pleased overall.

The guy who came out to talk to me named Gary, was knowledgeable and supportive. It was great, I had so much confidence in him. When the crew came to deliver, they were fantastic and good.

The way they handled the products. They were really careful w/ everything, which was impressive to me.

The treatment and the care and the interaction. The driver was very personal and caring and very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable.

I was given excellent service & the team was very proactive on where things would be packed and placed.

The driver was very attentive. The driver and his colleague was very conscious of where we wanted everything.

The treatment of me and my goods. At delivery they were professional, efficient and they were cautious.

George. George was awesome. He should be given a major commendation. I would recommend George and his crew.

Far as the movers go they met all my expectations, protected my property, handle things carefully, made sure the records matched and was caution with labeling. The people were very attentive and nice.

I was impressed with the driver. He did a good job with loading our stuff. He called me about the schedule, and also called me the morning of to inform me when he would be there.

The driver was fantastic, experienced, professional, and a great driver overall. It was really great because of the driver, he made the whole experience. I had two different crews.

The overall experience with the people involved the drivers and helpers the people at the transfer and well coordinated. It was an excellent move, timing and pick up and movers were good. The driver was exceptional, called when he would arrive and arrived at that time. His timing very prompt.

I cant predict how they would handle others, but my experience was perfect. James Cory, was particularly good. He did what he said he would.

The care and the timing and the attitude of the people involved. The delivery date was delayed by a week.

The quality of work and the efficiency of the driver and his crew, as well as the packing crew, most influenced my rating. The quality and efficiency was very good. They were also very friendly.

The crew was professional and friendly. My wife was there with the crew and they did an excellent job. Brenda, my coordinator did an excellent job.

I have moved many times and the most important thing to me is courtesy and being upfront about issues and this move was tops.

The driver was precise, on time, phenomenal and truly professional. He was there every step of the way and informed me about everything.

I liked the experience with the packers, movers, the agent & the person who coordinated everything, her name was Vicky & being willing to work with my work schedule. The move was easy with no issues. The driver was little testy during the delivery with a friend of mine.

The gentleman and his partner who unloaded the truck. They were very professional, polite and careful.

The service was performed in a professional manner and I was impressed with how my goods were treated.

They were friendly, responsible, and worked really hard. They are careful in protecting the carpet and walls when moving my things.

The communication was very good. The movers were very careful. They came on time. They worked very hard. The packing was excellent. The movers were good.

Everything was good, they did exactly what was promised, and informed me of everything. The overall service was good.

I had a wonderful driver. Beltman the contracting company was exquisite. They went beyond my expectations.

The crew was professional. They took time to put my son's bed back together. There was a big storm and delayed the delivery.

The thorough service and good follow up which made the process very easy for everyone involved with this move.

They were prompt and followed through on everything they said, and seemed to know what they were doing. I was extremely satisfied w/ everything that happened.

The drivers and the sales rep who came did an excellent job. The drivers just did a very good job as well.

The care that they did on both ends. The care they took in packing and the communication was very good.

Their honesty and dependability won us over. They were the most accommodating of all of the moving companies that gave us estimates, and they stayed within their quoting price.

The move was really good, but there could be better or worse service shown to others considering North American Van Lines. My items are still in storage.

The entire move went very well. They did a fabulous job in unpacking the furniture. The streets were so small and curved that they had to park the truck far away. They were absolutely spectacular. They came early. They handled the piano carefully.

I was satisfied with the service and when I had an issue, Bobby Adams made sure that it was taken care of and he was acommodating.

We just had a great experience all around. The packers and movers. Everything went good and smoothly.

The care that they took and the manner in which they dealt with us. They were friendly and responsive to all of our questions.

The people that I dealt with were excellent, they led me through the process. I felt comfort with them.

They did everything they promised. Everyone was very courteous, efficient and professional. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. The coordinator did a great job also.

They did everything they promised and I was recommended by a person to use them and I would also recommend them because they did what they said they were going to do.

The overall move; the owner of this particular franchise was terrific and so was the crew. They worked hard.

We had a very good supervisor, who was the driver. He seemed very organized, and spoke with his team in a calm tone. The driver was very sociable. He seemed to know how to pack. We were very impressed with the driver, Jason.

The NAVL rep,the driver of truck. The crew that the driver chose was on point. All those factors combined.

The crew that delivered & how they went about to move things to where we wanted them to move them to was good. They did a fantastic job. We are very happy, it was fantastic. Everything was wrapped up very well. I have a couple of TV's & a deer head that was wrapped very good.

The driver and the crew was great. The rep at Ward was great, Patty Garcia. The driver Allen was the best.

The driver and crew was very professional and they knew what they were doing. Both teams were effective.

We liked the driver and his crew and they did everything they said they would. Their truck was very clean. We are very satisfied with move to Florida. The driver and his wife made us very happy and we would recommend them.

The driver handled everything and the packing crew labeled everything correctly so it made it easy for me to find my goods, they were just amazing. The driver was the best driver I have ever had and I would give him a 10 if I could.

The overall move was very good. The packers were very efficient and provided good customer service. They communicated well. The driver Mike and Sheldon was very kind and patient.

There was never any issues and my sister was impressed with the delivery. The driver was considerate. I was there to get the goods but my sister was as well. She was impressed with the services. She was impressed in general w/ the driver.

It was super all the way through to make sure that everything taken car of. Everyone did good all the way down the line. The price was good too. I got a very good discount and good service.

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end: everyone was very helpful and accommodating and it was stress free for us.

Was well communicated, I had no issue, everything went smoothly, everybody with North American was friendly.

The move in both ends was great. The driver was great and the crew was great. The driver & crew was careful.

The professionalism of everybody involved. Including the driver, the lady from the office and the owner who initiated everything.

From the 1st guy that came to the house to the all girls in the office & the driver Danny a& his helper as fantastic.

I rated a ten b/c of the driver. He was very careful and treated our items as though they were his own. We appreciated that. Kristy, the coordinator, was very helpful.

Tom on the local end and our driver Shawn Jones the del tm both made me feel comfortable with everything. That was the least stressful part of the move. They were both kind and personable.

Diana Garrison was fabulous, when my car was being delivered she help. I so appreciate her support. The driver and crew did an excellent job. The driver was a little hurried on delivery.

I would've preferred move involvement in exactly what was packed and where. I would've liked to pack my own things rather than North American Van Lines.

I thought that the driver was a very good people person and made me feel comfortable about what's going on. He seemed like a real nice person.

The communication and the courtesy of North American. They went above and beyond to help me. They were also good at adjusting some things with me.

They were very helpful, and on time. The price was very good. Did lose vacuum cleaner but it was tracked down and will be delivered really non issue.Johnny did good job.

I like how quickly my items were loaded onto the truck, the care in which my items were handled and I like the conversations I had with everyone involved with my move. My items will be delivered Monday, 12/02/13. I was told my car will be delivered today but I have no idea who picked it up or where it is. The driver said he will be bringing it. I signed some papers.

They were dependable and personable. He took his time going through everything with me. He handled me like I was his only client. The driver and his crew was very nice and accommodating. I was really impressed with them. They were professional. They worked. The driver kept track of everything.

I was very impressed with the effort and consistency of North American's movers. They were polite and careful.

Their ability and that they chose to work with us on a Sunday delivery. The driver was really awesome. He did a great job. The crew did a wonderful job and I've already recommended them to several people.

Thee rofessionalism of everyboduy involve di nthe move. The driver took care of the move. Luis was great he was outstanfing. His serfive was just fabulous.

The movers were very professional. They were on top of everything. The driver was really good. I liked him.

I really liked the way they packed the furniture and stuff. I had some very valuable sewing machines and I like the way they packed them. Also with my other stuff they did well.

They were reliable and dependable. The movers were also professional. I had the same crew and driver for both pick up and delivery.

They were helpful & knwldg. Everything that was supposed to happen took place. I did receive my goods.

The entire process went well. I was dissatisfied with how wide the del window of 13 days was. I would have preferred the start date pushed back or a narrower window for delivery.

I certainly would recommend North American. It all went very smooth and very well organized. Everything went smooth.

The crew was polite when they del. They had to transfer items into a sleeping compartments and make several trips b/c the truck was too large for my complex.

NA handled our furniture well, was on time with everything, and they were very personable. This was the best move I have ever had.

The local rep, Ray, was professional & helpful. He looked out for our interests. The move was a good experience.
