The price per pound and the overall promise most influenced my rating. We got exactly what we were told we were going to get.

Everything went incredibly smoothly and I knew what was going on every step of the way. Communication was excellent.

The driver overall. He over saw everything, was polite, respectful, and pleasant. We would recommend him. Also one of the packer. The driver did a great job.

Overall process was very good. All of my items were deliver in 3 days. My items were picked up on Friday, and they were delivered on Tuesday. The driver and his crew was professional and quick.

Both crews were very friendly, effective. and knowledgeable. Also they were nice and knew exactly what they were doing.

The courtesy and detail of the driver and his team. The ability to get everything done was high quality. There was very good communication with the movers and there were no issues.

The punctuality, they explained thing, and they treated my things as if it was their own. The overall care for packing my belongings was good.

The efficiency, the courtesy & the timeliness. They were cooperative, polite, & very helpful. Burt, the driver, was excellent & the crew. Todd was our initial contact we were very pleased w/ how he communicated w/ us.

The overall move was exceptional. The move was fabulous. The move was quick and the guys were great.

Based on the proper care of my things, great care, packaging, and service. The only thing is communication on the day to day operations.

The treatment of the lady at the office. She was very concerned. She checked 4 or 5 times to make sure everything was ok. She followed-up on everything. The crews were great. I enjoyed it.

The care and communication with handling our goods. I expected the delivery within 4 days but they were in and out much sooner.

They were friendly and efficient ,they handled things carefully, they were on time and pleasant and courteous and they did what they said they'd do.

Everything was done really professionally. The team arrived on time and they did everything they said they would do.

The special care and consideration of the material that was shipped. The customer care received from the coordinator, driver and the representative. All was wonderful. Driver was exceptional.

NorthAmerican Van Lines kept me informed and tried to help me due to my move occurring during the snowstorm. The driver called me an hour before they arrived at my home. The delivery was pushed back due to the snow storm. My items were already packed by me because they were in a storage unit.

The driver was phenomenal. He was caring & personable. He understood the transition I was in, and he made it worth while.

It was the driver, we discussed his communication, he kept me informed, and I was very pleased with everything the driver did for us. The driver was in charge of the loading and the unloading team.

The friendliness of all the representatives I spoke to, influenced my rating. Everybody that I communicated with was very responsive to me and followed-up with me by email and by telephone.

I liked the pricing and the coordination of services. The driver was very friendly, courteous, and professional.

The teams were good, great, and did an amazing job. The crew did an amazing. The teams were good and great. I did have make my own phone call. Everything in Ohio was fine. The original time got cancelled. the driver did call.

All the people that I came into contact with, for example the coordinator and the driver made me feel very confident in trusting them with my objects.

The initial estimate was low and we paid additional to have it stored. I was very satisfied until there was some over flow & we needed a 2nd truck. It was far behind our original estimate and it went down hill from there. The crew did fine. The estimator low balled it.

They were on time, efficient, considerate, careful and they did everything they should have done in the way that they should have done it. They were wonderful. This crew did an outstanding job. Everyone involved did an outstanding job. It was absolutely and incredibly perfect. They were very professional and careful.

The whole process from beginning to end went perfectly. We had plenty of communication. They responded to our needs. The driver and moving crew was good. They were careful and thorough.

I was satisfied with the overall move process. From the time the rep showed up at the house to the point where everything was delivered.

The care, communication was good, the people were good. It was based on my entire experience. A loading company loaded my goods and transferred it to the warehouse. They had a driver come and transport the goods.

Just the fact that they were prompt and professional. Everything was done as promised. We had a grandfather clock they had to be careful with. I was very impressed with the driver and his helper.

The professionalism. The del was thorough, patient, and careful. He was the right person you would want to take care of your stuff.

They kept their word and came to pick up the goods when they promised and delivered it when they promised.

The driver of the crew, Anthony Johnson, did a spectacular job. I think the way he supervised his crew and the way he loaded his truck and his responsiveness to what we asked were fabulous. Everything I asked was done absolutely cheerfully.

How I was treated by everyone. This is the 5th or 6th move with North American and I will never go to any other company.

I was overwhelmed with how well it went. They were amazing and went above and beyond. The driver is the most amazing guy I worked with. Jim was fantastic. I just recommended him.

It was the girl who came out at first to look at my stuff. She was very pleasant and everything else just fell into place.

The scheduling was perfect. The movers came on the day and time of my request. My initial delivery was scheduled on a Friday but they came on Saturday. Everything turned out perfect.

They were dependable and personable. He took his time going through everything with me. He handled me like I was his only client. The driver and his crew was very nice and accommodating. I was really impressed with them. They were professional. They worked. The driver kept track of everything.

I looked at the Better Business Bureau, and out of the top three movers I went with the one with the highest rating.

The things that were promised for the move, including the coordination and recommending the packing and pricing was alot better than the other companies I had spoken with.

I enjoyed the conversations with both the driver and the crew. It was very fun dealing with them. Also the coordinator, as well as the crew, was very punctual and professional.

The crew that picked up and delivered the items was very professional and courteous. They were very helpful with everything. This was my first time using a professional moving team. I was satisfied.

I was very pleased. They did everything they said they would do. They came when they said they would. The prices were excellent, it was actually lower than I expected which was very surprising. The crew was wonderful and very polite. The driver's pick up and del was top shelf. They were very considerate. The driver's name was Norm and I'll recommend them to anybody.

Thanks to the driver and crew. The people were fantastic, knowledgeable, respectful, communicative and great. The driver expected to get an agent to tell me that the move was going to be delayed.

NAVL services was real easy, there were no issues and everything happened the way they said it would.

The person I dealt w/ to coordinate the times & pickup times was very helpful, kept following up was avail when I needed them.

The movers were very professional, they were fun, we got along great, and they did what I asked them to do, Tracy Simmons the driver was great.

I've already recommended 3 times. Their communication and dollar quote and interest taken by all individuals involved. They worked hard and my wife told me about that and we are both pleased.

From start to finish, it was a good experience for me. The only thing that was difficult was sending my credit card authorization form b/c there was some issues with the fax connection.

I had really good srvc, the tm was very polite and they never did anything without asking for permission first.

Two things. Mostly it was the communication between the folks at Syracuse, especially the driver. I was really happy w/ the office ppl. and then the driver. Both of those went miraculously well.

The overall move was excellent. It was something we had never done before on that scale and they made it very comfortable. I had a good interaction with the first rep who came out and w/ the crew. They did a good job of transporting a classic vehicle. They loaded it last and extracted it first.

The extreme professionalism of everyone involved. One crew member quit and North American was able to replace him and they handled it well.

The driver was excellent, Ken Bojarski was pheononinal, a very exceptional person and went over and beyond his job duties. We thought that the process of the delivery would take longer but the speed of the driver made him come early and he was very helpful with packing and instructing.
