I was contacted regularly to make sure everything was on schedule. The packers and crew was great. Everybody was terrific. We are very happy with him. Very nice guy who was very professional. The crew he had was good too.

The care they showed, I have use them before, this move they went above and beyond, and I would recommend them.

The move was handled professionally from the very beginning, with Paul who did the estimate, to the driver, who was very nice and knowledgeable. Everything went nice and well.

Satisfaction most influenced my rating. It was a partial load. We saved some money by transporting to the warehouse ourselves. We were very pleased with North American.

We are very pleased. We have used North American three times and have been very happy with the service.

They did everything they could. They were very professional. They called me. I was very impressed and so was my father.

I think it was the overall experience; the people who first came over and the driver did one heck of a job and I think they took care of my property the way they said they would.

I've moved across the country 5 or 6 times, and this was the easiest move I've ever had. Everything happened the way I was promised. It was seamless and effortless. It was fantastic. Lisa, the rep, was awesome.

Everything came in the way that they said it would. They were able to work with me on the price as well.

The odds of me recommending them is 0, but the service was excellent. The lady who coordinated my move, Dina or Dana, was excellent. Bart was excellent.

Every time we have dealt with the people, they do exactly what they are supposed to do, they are very hard working and very diligent, the team was organized and professional.

They were very professional and my company paid for the move and I know it was expensive, however, The quality of the move was excellent and it was a good choice. There were some issues with the guys who came to crate my items as well as disconnect my appl's. The special srvcs guys called and said he would be done with everything on Thursday morning.

I had a good experience with the driver and crew. I think they were professional, polite, clean, and careful.

It is the level of service from the original rep, North American as a whole, and the local company in New York. The driver and his helper was helpful. They did a fine job of packing.

The overall relocation process went well and everyone did a wonderful job. Everyone was very nice and did what they promised when they promised to do it.

This is the second time I used North American for a across the country move and everything arrived ina timely manner.

The personal touch that the sales man & driver showed. They worked really hard to get the job done. Max was moving quickly and gave a 100%. The driver was exceptional and his communication was good.

I was very happy w/ the overall service and price. They were supposed to have three guys, but it was only two guys. They did a good job. It just took longer than I expected.

Everything was great. I called to make an appt. He came on time. I felt comfortable w/what he did. He seemed to be knowledgeable. He communicated well. The driver was fantastic. The driver was fantastic.

I was really annoyed by the follow ups and the surveys. The follow up surveys are to excessive, but everybody did a great job.

The moving crew was very knowledgeable, friendly, careful with our things and they were very thoughtful with what they were doing.

The move coordinator was very friendly. There was follow up thru out the whole process. The driver was very accommodating. They had to work around a marathon and came early before the roads blocked.

I was pleased with how they handled the whole thing. It was my first time moving with them and I was surprised.

The entire process. The ppl seemed confident, they asked questions and was pleasant. They seemed to be interested in doing a good job. We had an excellent experience. They explained everything

Just everything they did was professional. People did what they said they would do. They were nice & accommodating. They were people you would want to hang around with. Just great all the way around.

A few things, the amount of time it took to load and unload. We were impressed with the timing, they were punctual, and communicated above and beyond. We had to push the delivery back 1 day but that was our request because the way the house was closing but, they were accommodating us.

It took a lot of time b/f they could answer my questions. This caused delays & dates to be moved back. I wasted a lot of time on this.

It was a very good experience from start to finish. The work was done in a timely manner. The men that were working were extremely nice. The whole process was 5. The people were great and I was very satisfied. The office was very courteous when we added extra items.

Pete came out to give us a quote. I could tell North American was more professional than most movers I spoke w/. I was given a discount price.

The people I worked with were all great and professional. They were looking over everything. I will highly recommend the company I worked with.

The way they care about their jobs and my furniture. Looked for instructions from me and they would do what they were told. They were very careful w/ my floors and put pads under furniture if needed The crew was great at unpacking it. They were very careful and replaced everything. Paid attention to details. They made sure that my carpet was straight and paid attention to detail.

The promptness of del and the way they handled my belongings. It was one day off of the del. That was my only disappointment.

It depends on what crew and driver is given to the customer. This was the best move we have had so far. I was pleased with driver and the move overall. I would recommend the driver and local agents. We were satisfied with the University Crew.

North American kept me updated and informed about any information or changes. I was very satisfied with the communication.

Everybody was helpful,& I felt well taken care of. The driver was very experienced; knew what he was doing & he was respectful. The coordinator was very nice. They always worked with me & the movers.

They did everything they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it. They were very professional. They crated a library table for me. But it is still in the crate b/c they never unpacked it. The driver & crew was fantastic. Sherri Evans was great.

These guys were efficient and fun, they were all great and they answered all the questions they made the move situation really smooth, all of them.

The driver. He was very attentive, fast, thorough, exact and polite. He managed the crew and me extremely well.

The installers were very nice and talked to me with respect. They answered yes maam and no maam. I would love to have the same people come back if we move again.

I have moved so many times and I must say this was a very organized moved. The communication was good with Latoya. We had the same guys on both ends and I thought that was nice.

I appreciated that they were kind, they showed up when they were supposed to. They felt like friends.

The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions. He also gave me a good price. One of the crew banged up one of our doors jambs. We called and have left several messages. Nobody has called us.

The professionalism of the driver and crew and the loading in short amount of time and the timing. They arrived a day ahead of time and it worked out great for us.

The courtesy of the driver Matt, he had the greatest personality, he was very calm and explained everything. He was wonderful. He was pleasant w/ my grandchildren during delivery.

Overall, I was impressed with the service from the driver and his crew. Also, I was impressed with the person who coordinated the move because of the constant communication and her follow-up.

We've moved a number of times and the people at Nelson took care of everything. They did everything we asked them to do. They even came up with a solution on how to ship our cars.

I have used this company for about 8 moves and this is the only company I call when I want to move. I have had very good experience with this company.

All of the movers were great. My rep contacted daily through calls and email. She made sure I knew how to get in touch with her. The movers were fabulous.

The thoroughness of the coordination, influenced my rating. They contacted us. It was amazing, really. There was excellent communication, and the drivers went above and beyond, and were patient.

I had some issues with communication, other than that everything was excellent. I had to reach for both pick and delivery to confirm the dates. The guys who moved my items did a great job.

I would say that the quality of the driver and the three movers were good. The crew was very quick. The crew did a very good job overall given a difficult situation. I had limitation on the delivery day.

They made the move really easy, they had great communication, everyone was very friendly and took a lot of the stress of moving off me.

What influenced my rating was the communication throughout the whole move. They told me what I was going to expect.

The move went well. The packers and movers did great. This was the best driver and crew that I have ever had.

The overall service. Betty, Shawn treated our furniture like it was there own, Sherry was always answering questions for me.

I was kept extremely informed with everything. On past moves, I had to call. I was informed when the truck would arrived and the whole process was smooth. The first rep was a little bit busy. I moved 3 or 4 times and this was so far the best driver. polite and extremely knowledgeable and he went above & beyond. If I move again I would ask for the same driver.

The professionalism of the driver and the communication skills of the movers influenced my rating. They were really good.

What most concerns my rating is that it was much more expensive then I was expecting. It was a smallshipment of pre-packed boxes and furniture. When I called to find out when everything would be delivered, I was told saturday at first. However, I was told they would deliver on Sunday. I still had a two days warning.

They were professional, on time, and they treated me and my son courteously. They treated eachother in a professional matter. Daren and Kevin worked great together. Bob was a good crew leader. Bob, the driver arrived early both times which was good.

I thought the whole process quote to communication was smooth. The care time and delivery was really great.

I'd have to say the overall move and how it was handled. The driver did a great job, the coordinator was very good, and everybody did a great job.

The team was really good. I had a table I was really concerned about and the team wrapped that. They came earlier than I thought and they were really good.

The overall experience was good anything could have happened. We came from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. It was a long trip and it went without a glitch. Careful with the antiques and they were respectful.

Just the way that the crew handled everything. The way that everything was taken care of and the overall process was smooth.

The 3 packers were phenomenal, very friendly, and knowledgeable. They were the same guys that moved us. The whole process was good. They were very good to work with.

I really like the movers. The drivers and their people were very cordial, courteous, and they also asked me where would I like my items to be placed.

I think that there were polite, and efficient. There was care shown during the loading and unloading process. They were kind and concerned with what was important to us.

It went really smooth, the agent on the other end was very helpful in getting it set up. Everyone was very courteous & professional.

We liked the communication. We felt that the communication level was very good, the packers introduced themselves. It really took a lot of the stress out of it.

I was impressed with their personalities & helpfulness. They also took good care of my things & they were punctual. North American followed through well.

Curtis was very responsive along the way, the care was good, and the helpers that were hired was also very good. Curtis, the rep was fantastic. The movers end up being a little earlier than he said he would which made it a little hard to work around. Curtis made it so the delivery would be after I got off work.

The courtesy of the people I worked with. When they promised something it was done as promised. Good communication. They worked with us, and throughout the process they kept us informed.
