- Every level of the move, and the coordination with the associated MSS support, was expertly managed. All parties concerned with the planning and execution of the move and final delivery of my goods was fantastic!Well done and thank you.
- This was my first time hiring professional movers. It was a long distance move. I had a lot of worries. The staff & crew were understanding & patient. The crew was timely with loading & delivery. I am extremely happy the estimate was binding with no additional/ surprise charges. All of my belongings arrived in the same condition.
- Everyone involved was very helpful and professional. The driver, Nate, was especially helpful and helped ease our stress about the move by being prompt and communicative. They did a great job!
- All furniture was wrapped in protective covering which I believe helped greatly. I did have one item damaged (bedroom dresser was smashed on top), and will file a claim for that damage. Otherwise, all furniture and boxes were delivered ok.
- This was my 2nd long-distance move in 3 years and both times I was extremely satisfied with the moving process. If I ever have to move again (heaven forbid), I will use Interstate again!The loading and unloading crew were top notch and did an excellent job wrapping my furniture.
