The communication was there, and the movers went of their way to assure me they would take care of my things.

They were very honest and personable. They treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. We had very good feelings and trusted our belongings with them. They made it easy from beginning to end.

The driver and crew was extremely personable they helped me do a couple of things during the move. It was the driver and his crew.

The service was very good, the driver was polite andevery question that we had they answer it very readily. It was efficient.

The driver that delivered my goods was very professional. He called the day before and the day of the delivery. He was very concerned w/ the quality of the delivery as well as the crew.

I was working with Rainbow and they were very flexible with the moving dates. The driver and crew was great on both ends.

Everyone involved from the estimator to the lady in the office handling the scheduling to the driver & his helper & the 2 delivery guys, they were great. The 2 del guys who were from Southern CA made this del on a Sun in OR in the middle of a snowstorm. They really toughed it out.

It was just the overall experience. I have had several military moves and this was the best experience.

Overall satisfaction with the driver and his crew they were nice and accommodating and I felt like they knew what they were doing.

My driver and crew were fantastic. Dawn was fantastic about getting dates and coordinating everything. John was our driver. My packers were Keith, Bobby, Joe and Adam.

Everything from beginning to end, from pick-up to delivery, everything was great. As long as we have can get the rest of our stuff I will be pleased. I'm anticipating the rest of our stuff. We got most of our stuff. Everything was in perfect condition.

The crew was great. Everybody was helpful and followed up. The perfect move. My items were moved carefully. The agent that set everything up followed up and communicated.

The care that they gave. They were friendly and took great effort with my belongings. They did really well with my wall unit. It is an expensive one. The same with my bedroom furniture. It came through well.

It worked; we needed stuff moved and guys to do it and they did it. I heard of you and everybody helped to make it happen.

NAVL packing was extremely well done. I thought they were going to deliver my belonging on a different date so I felt it may have been some communication issues either on my behalf or theirs.

Overall, the packers, loaders, and everybody involved was very high quality people. The move was great but it took a little bit longer than I thought it would regarding getting the delivery date. The crew was very courteous and hardworking.

The mover that brought my stuff here was good. He called me to tell me what time he was coming. He was extremely friendly. He was very professional. He went above & beyond to do the job. The driver was wonderful.

I would just say the level of cust srvc from all the employees. Everybody was really nice and professional. Everybody was very nice and professional about everything. The driver took extra special care of our antique glassware.

They were professional and polite. They understood how hard it is to move. When they pack, they need to keep things together.

Mark Anderson did a good job of quoting the job and I was also happy with the service I received from the driver and his son.

Everything was fine across the board except for the extra care package. I am still waiting and the marble is still in the box. Marble that was specially packed and highly valued was crated. Due to their policy I have to uncrate it. They have to send a new crew out to unpack the marble.

It was outstanding service. Everything was packed with care and the driver did a great job. Everybody was nice and friendly. The coordinator in Virginia did a great job putting everything together.

North American was very friendly and respectful. The driver (Eric) and crew (Lee and Lashaun) did a great job.

My only concern is when they were delivering they were just going really quick and it was hard to keep up. They were great.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. They were great, terrific and I was satisfied.

Everything was outstanding. The best move of fourteen moves in all, since my Navy days. ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DISCOLORED AND THE STRAPS MUST HAVE RUBBED TOGETHER AND THE DISCOLORATION ON THE SECRETARY DESK. THE ROSEWOOD WOOD WAS DISCOLORED.

Every aspect of the move was easy to get done. They did it on time and everything was done wonderfully. I will definitely use them again. The men were wonderful and careful in handling my items.

The driver and the service most influenced my rating. I've moved with North American 15 times including international. The driver was awesome.

The way they care about their jobs and my furniture. Looked for instructions from me and they would do what they were told. They were very careful w/ my floors and put pads under furniture if needed The crew was great at unpacking it. They were very careful and replaced everything. Paid attention to details. They made sure that my carpet was straight and paid attention to detail.

All the previous answers that I gave a 5 to sums up my overall satisifaction. Timelyness, courtenousness, professionalism, and care of my personal property all account for my score. I was contacted by the driver who called to verify the arrival.

The communication and the courtesy of North American. They went above and beyond to help me. They were also good at adjusting some things with me.

I did have one thing that was missing. I called North American about this. My home number is 650-389-2387. Use this number as my cell messes up sometimes.
