We had a very good supervisor, who was the driver. He seemed very organized, and spoke with his team in a calm tone. The driver was very sociable. He seemed to know how to pack. We were very impressed with the driver, Jason.

North American was very friendly and respectful. The driver (Eric) and crew (Lee and Lashaun) did a great job.

The movers were professional and I was informed every step of the way. I was comfortable knowing that my goods were safe. The driver was careful, respectful and nice. I would recommend NAVL.

I thought they were especially attentive and smart. They went above and beyond in what they were doing. They respected both my possessions and myself.

The professionalism and everything was handled very well. Everything was set up and they stuck to it.

The price. I told the estimator, the coordinator, and the truck driver that I needed a small truck. The delivery was made at my storage locker.I requested a small truck because of the size of my driveway.I thought the price was $500-$1,000 dollars more than what it should have been.I was quoted diff

They followed through with what they said they were going to do. The loading and unloading happened outside my time window.

Everything went smoothly and the communication was good. What could have been stressful was made easy.

The service I received from the crew. The guys that came and packed and drove my stuff up here were fantastic.

The guy who came out to talk to me named Gary, was knowledgeable and supportive. It was great, I had so much confidence in him. When the crew came to deliver, they were fantastic and good.

The overall experience. They were great. They did what they said. It was a large move and they took care of us.

The driver and the crew was excellent and influenced my rating. The driver was early for the appt. and did a super job.

The whole process. From the person who did the estimate to the person who called everyday & the driver and crew. Everyone took care of things and seemed like they cared. It was good. We had a third party to come and pack some items.

I was contacted regularly to make sure everything was on schedule. The packers and crew was great. Everybody was terrific. We are very happy with him. Very nice guy who was very professional. The crew he had was good too.

The driver had the utmost customer service skills. He treated my items like they were his own. He was also 10 minutes early. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

He was very good in calling us to keep us informed on the project. The crew did an excellent job with the move. Everyone was very nice and they did a professional job.

The NAVL rep,the driver of truck. The crew that the driver chose was on point. All those factors combined.

There was never any issues and my sister was impressed with the delivery. The driver was considerate. I was there to get the goods but my sister was as well. She was impressed with the services. She was impressed in general w/ the driver.

It was the diligence and service was extraordinary. Don the driver was very respectful with the workers in Tulsa and in Denver. I am going to write a letter of commendation.

The courtesy of the driver, as well as the courtesy of the person who came out to give me the estimate, influenced my rating. This person who gave me the estimate was very well-mannered.

The quality and interaction with the rep that I spoke to, the timeliness and precision on the work that was done.

I felt it was possible to move everything and was pleasantly surprised with the movers as they did everything on time, they answered all questions, the moving crew was positive.

I had glass items and glass furniture. The overall move process was that they seemed to take care of my belongings.

North American is dependable, It was very good Anthony was great. They all were great. Some items had to go to two different trucks rather than putting it in her room. Ryan in Stillwater, Oklahoma was helpful.

The nice personality of everybody, most influenced my rating. They were all very helpful. All my calls were returned, and they told me I was in good hands.

North American's overall performance. It was outstanding. The whole move was easy. The only thing I can say is it's a little expensive.

The driver was great and timely. The communication during the move was fantastic and everything was done promptly.

The entire process was excellent. There was no stress. It was a perfect move. The entire process was beyond excellent. The driver, Jake and crew from Milwaukee did an excellent job. I paid extra for the packing of some very valuable pictures. They came through fine.

Just the fact that they were prompt and professional. Everything was done as promised. We had a grandfather clock they had to be careful with. I was very impressed with the driver and his helper.

It was very smooth all the way, we had 3 bids and choose North American very happy with them would reccoment them. Every communication we had got an immediate answer. Have 2 little issues other wise was just great, we had 1 table that had a chip in the veneer, my bedroom furniture the varnish is crinkled, may have to have both items refinish still unpacking.

They beat their window and arrived. No one has called me back about the missing rowing machine though. Other than that everything was excellent.

The whole experience was fantastic and amazing. Everybody was very pleasant, helpful, and tried to help us. This has been one of the easiest moves I've had since I've even worked for a moving company.

They were pretty good with setting me up with local agent and the delivery time was very good and the driver and the packers and also the people that my belongings were very good.

The care that they took. They were prompt and courteous and careful with my things. They did a really great job.

I gave that rating because the over all move was done very good and I was also happy with the communication.

They were quick to address my concerns via email & phone calls. The movers were excellent. Communications & cust service were great.

The moving crew was a 5 out of 5. Jr and his crew would be great to have. The people that delivered my belongings, they did so well on the loading end. I would like them to finish the job.

My whole experience with the move, I had a timely delivery & timely delivery. Everything with the move was handled in a seamless manner.

The driver and the relationship. He was the local person who came and picked up and he drove them across country. The personal relationship I had with him; the trust and professionalism. If I could make the score higher for the driver and crew loading I would. I would rate the driver and crew who delivered above the top of the scale. I have already recommended them.

The overall experience because it was a hard process. North American was very accommodating and worked with us. It was a good experience.

I wrote an email conserning the driver. He was a gentleman & very professional. He was terrific and excellent. His name is Trini Charlton. Special request was the scheduling. I hope they realized they are doing a good job. I only wish the wrappings/pad are clean thats how I would improve the service.

I guess the overall process from beginning to end. The communication was outstanding. Also when they told me a time they were on time.

I had personal experiences with other moving companies. I know a lot about dealing with moving companies. You did a great job.

They were very careful about everything and got our feedback on everything. They communicated wonderfully with us and they were a great group of people.

The driver and the crew was great. The rep at Ward was great, Patty Garcia. The driver Allen was the best.

I've used North American before this was my second time. I had a couple special needs in regards to how a couple of items should be packed and my instructions were followed.

They are on time and prompt with their work. THEY HAVE MOVED ME THREE TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN BROKEN.

The movers were very professional, they were fun, we got along great, and they did what I asked them to do, Tracy Simmons the driver was great.

From start to finish, it was a good experience for me. The only thing that was difficult was sending my credit card authorization form b/c there was some issues with the fax connection.

I'm satis with everything so far. The move went smoothly and quick. I was expecting have my things 5 days after and they were pretty fast.

Everything showed up on time and everything was in good shape. They helped me move things around and staying extra to help us move in.

The crew was excellent and so was our previous experiences with the company. As a result, we would definitely use them again in the future.

Everything was as promised; the timing, pricing, and delivery. Alex in California let me know about the delivery dates and then they zeroed in on it and called before time 2 days.
