The overall care and everything being done the way North American said it would be most influenced my rating. The driver was excellent at accommodating us as we were snowed in.

Beltman Group, Cleveland OH, the level of communication, professionalism, execution of all the parties I dealt w/. Rep was very professional, underestimated the size of the load, he said 1/2 truck, it ended up being a full truck. Leah Was excellent, Wally was terrific as was his crew, Leah was a great asset.

The driver and his crew was very nice and extremely helpful as well as careful with my goods. I had a wonderful experience.

George. George was awesome. He should be given a major commendation. I would recommend George and his crew.

The driver. Mike Vogue was super professional, polite, and hardworking. he was the best ever. The driver was fantastic and super .

NA handled our furniture well, was on time with everything, and they were very personable. This was the best move I have ever had.

The communication of the driver and agent was good. They were friendly and answered all of my questions.

The local agents and the driver were very nice, careful, helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed working with them because they were very pleasant.

We have used NA moving a lot. They are strong and very professional. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves.

I had such a great experience with the overall move, the driver and the packing crew were super helpful and they did an exceptional job.

The overall quality of the move and their standards were what I expected same as the last time. Also, they delivered early which was fine with me.

Renkin and his professionalism, he was very understanding of my wife and how stressed she was, and that was a big relief for me. I think he deserves a raise. The driver Renkin did a phenomenal job and my wife was very pleased with his professionalism and how he handled his crew in Kansas, and Virginia.

The crew was professional. They took time to put my son's bed back together. There was a big storm and delayed the delivery.

We had a lot of paintings to move and they packed all of our paintings very carefully. We were extremely pleased with the way everyone handled the move with our art work.

Recent experiences. This was my third time using them. I've always had good luck and good srvc. So I always go back to the same agent and North American.

The crews in loading and packing were very careful. They put down rugs and took their time. I was very impressed. This is the second time I have used N.A.

The movers were excellent and they did what they promised they would do and did it when they promised they would.

Based on the proper care of my things, great care, packaging, and service. The only thing is communication on the day to day operations.

It was a combo of everything. Really good srvc and price. It was a good experience. The communication, time, and reliability was there.

I know one of the employees at the Minnesota branch. Knowing him and his character and reputation and he always talks highly about his staff. The local guys were personable anf interactive. I dealt with them 3 times and each time was a good experience.

The level of professionalism from the driver to the coordinator. Everybody was understanding & communicated w/no surprises. Garth was patient, took his time & clear on the info. Rick & Richard was awesome. The packers which was the 3rd party moving company & they left something to be desired.

I based on the fact that all my e-mails were answered, and the time of the load was granted my belongings were safe.

The delay of my car has been kind of annoying. There was a little delay in some of the communications but overall the move and the crew was excellent. The only issue was with the delivery of the car and I think it's going through a different company. I have been w/out my car for three weeks. I was suppose to have received it by now.

The move was phenomenal. This is the second and hopefully last move, but if I do move again I will be using North American.

The overall professionalism of all the people I was in contact with. They were courteous, helpful and did what they said they were going to do.

We've moved 3 times with them and all 3 times were good. They've handled all 3 moves and did a good job all three times. Tina was great. She did a great job. Steve, the guy that unloaded us, did a great job.

Did everything that they said that they were going to do, was very caring and showed interest in doing the best that can be done.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They worked so hard during loading and unloading through the weather conditions because it was raining.

Everybody involved was fantastic. They arrived on time, and everything came in good condition. The service was outstanding.

The move process went very well. Promises were kept and my items were taken care of. The driver and crew took care of me even when I was stressed out and kept me calm.

The cost is really good compared to others and the driver and the company were very qualified and efficient.

I had really good srvc, the tm was very polite and they never did anything without asking for permission first.

I think it was their professionalism and easy to work with. No matter what I'd wanted, they had taken care of it. A wonderful experience.

The courtesy of the 3 men who helped me pack and move. They were courteous, informative, nice, and very careful with my things.

I thought they cared about me as a customer, they were attentive to my needs, were careful w/my home & furniture & they did a good job with my move.

The coordinator was very helpful to us. The driver and helper were extremely helpful to us. They packed everything well & delivered to the right rooms. The overall experience with them was good.

The overall crew, the ability to meet the scheduleand their handling of the special request that we had. Overall the professionalism of the whole team.

They were quick and kept me updated. I got a call every step of the way. They put things in the rooms I wanted.

They were extremely accommodating. I received email confirmations & follow up phone calls. They were just fantastic. The process held up my things in storage. The coordinator was amazing & very professional. She was very accommodating. Her name was Sonia. Phil was fantastic & accommodating as well.

The loading and delivery crew was very considerate. I asked the crew to assemble my dining room table. They did a good job. I did the majority of the packing. They were in storage the majority of the summer. Whenever I asked the crew to pack, they did a great job in packing. I asked the crew to assemble my dining room.

They were professional. A hole was put in the wall. When they were packing they ran out of boxes and it was difficult to get boxes. One of my TVs have a shadow on it.

The men who came were extremely courteous and they called me before they came. My furniture was in storage and North American moved me and Arnuoff drivers stated that I had to pay the max which was over $4000.00. I want to know is that true.

Great service. A very nice driver, everyone was helpful, and excellent service. They did a very nice job. I wanted a little bit more communication.

North American did a great job and I received exactly what I was expecting. The address was incorrect at the beginning of the move but still arrived within the promised timeframe.

Everybody was very professional, friendly, helpful. The coordinator brought in estimates, boxes and all. It was worth the extra 100.00 for the coordinator, made a difference. Driver was responsible.

The driver and his ability to communicate with me. He was very flexible in working with me during the move.

The ease of the move and the communication between us and the driver. The driver Jason did the loading and the delivery.

I used them before when I moved and they did such a good job that I decided to use them again. If I needed to I would use them again.

The care w/ which local agent took packing all of my goods, loading & than delivering my goods. I've done a lot of moves over the yrs, this was the best most professional move I've every experienced. I'll be writing a review on Angie's List.

I thought they were very polite, efficient & did everything perfect as far as I'm concerned. They were wonderful. It was a good move, it was done well. The men were gentleman, they courteous & efficient.

They did a great job, showed up on time and took care of packing our stuff and the crew was very nice. The driver was great.

They were absolutely professional, did an excellent job, and over communicated. I trusted them to do a great job and they did everything they said they'd do. I'd ask for them again. I'd recommend them (team) to my friends. The local agent and driver and his crew both packed items.

They were very professional, prompt, and very helpful. This was the best moving experience I have ever had.

They were efficient. They came as promised to provide the estimate. The loading crew was pleasant. The driver & the unloading crew was flexible.

They did a great job. Everyone was professional, they showed great care and a lot of optimism. The unloading had to be done over two days but I would say that was a small issue.

The whole process, the coordination, they sent me claim forms and checked on my progress. They handled my requests, and they were a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed and checked in with me also. They went above and beyond for me. They helped me reduce the amount of storage space I need to remit.

There was only one thing, when the guys did the unloading they stepped on the lawn instead of going through the main entrance. They kind of got the carpet dirty.

From the moment I called they were there to help me and I was very pleased with that. They met me at the storage unit and took over from there.

Overall it was a very good move. Communication was good. Everything was professional. The loading and unloading process. Everyone did their job on time.

North American Van Lines anticipated the move and answered any questions that I had. The driver and crew was 15 minutes early for my delivery.

The salesman that I dealt with in Michigan came to my rescue after I had to fire my other moving company. He was fantastic.

I was very satisfied. Everyone did a good job. This the 3rd time I've used North American but this was the best group.

The driver was fantastic and he treated us fairly. honestly, and was above board. The driver also arrived a day early which was really good for us.

I just thought they were very professional and very nice, they went over and above. They were a pleasure to have in the house and to do business with.

The reps were prompt and professional. Justin got in contact with us and was very attentive and the crews were great.

The installers were very nice and talked to me with respect. They answered yes maam and no maam. I would love to have the same people come back if we move again.

All of the movers were great. My rep contacted daily through calls and email. She made sure I knew how to get in touch with her. The movers were fabulous.

The crew and the ppl in the office that helped us get set up. We used them 12 years ago to move locally and they were good then.

The personal conversation. The overall demeanor was very positive and took good care of our things. Both crews were very attentive and showed care for our items.

Curtis was very responsive along the way, the care was good, and the helpers that were hired was also very good. Curtis, the rep was fantastic. The movers end up being a little earlier than he said he would which made it a little hard to work around. Curtis made it so the delivery would be after I got off work.

The guy came to give us an estimate and he was fantastic, the driver was nice, and everything was perfect.

From the packing to the driver. The delivery was on time and I liked the communication. The driver let me knew what time he will be here.

The customer service. The driver was extremely good. He went out of his way to deliver a day earlier than he was suppose to.

They worked really hard. And they were also courteous and very friendly. They got the job done even though it was rough.

The service I received from Susan Berger and both the pick up and delivery teams did a very good job.

Overall, the follow up and quality of the service was good. They took good care of my belongings and the deliverers were very nice.

I think the overall experience of the crew. Everyone knew exactly what they doing. They were they best I have ever seen. They were fantastic and the knowledge and skill the crew displayed was superb

Everything was great minus one issue. I had arranged for North American to come and do the unpacking but they never got around to do it..

I have used North American Van Lines before and they did a good job so I decided to use the services again.

I was working with Rainbow and they were very flexible with the moving dates. The driver and crew was great on both ends.

Everybody in the crew was good, and all our item reached us, there was a delay in the delivery. There was one part that was missing but they brought it back to us.

The communication, the crew and everyone communicated well. Every time I called they answered to me and communicated quickly.

The communication influenced my rating. The care of protecting my home, and the care of loading the items.

From start to finish, it was a good experience for me. The only thing that was difficult was sending my credit card authorization form b/c there was some issues with the fax connection.
