The movers & packers were timely & took care with putting everything into the boxes. The movers and packers took their time but they were efficient.

I was really annoyed by the follow ups and the surveys. The follow up surveys are to excessive, but everybody did a great job.

The whole thing was very professionally handled. It was very prompt and satisfactory. They all did a great job.

I have never experienced such caring & courteous ppl. They stuck w/ me so I could relax. I truly appreciated it. The driver & workers were great. They were very good loading & unloading.

It worked; we needed stuff moved and guys to do it and they did it. I heard of you and everybody helped to make it happen.

The fact that we were given an NRA discount, and the price that we paid was very much worth it.. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that the price was exactly as quoted to us.

Everything worked out better than I expected. All of our questions were answered before we even got the chance to ask. It was overall very professional.

The overall move, drivers were clean, polite, thoughtful of moving my things, was wonderful. It was a very difficult move for us and they did a good job. Kind and Considerate.

The entire process was excellent. There was no stress. It was a perfect move. The entire process was beyond excellent. The driver, Jake and crew from Milwaukee did an excellent job. I paid extra for the packing of some very valuable pictures. They came through fine.

NAVL services was real easy, there were no issues and everything happened the way they said it would.

I have moved many times and the most important thing to me is courtesy and being upfront about issues and this move was tops.

It was very smooth all the way, we had 3 bids and choose North American very happy with them would reccoment them. Every communication we had got an immediate answer. Have 2 little issues other wise was just great, we had 1 table that had a chip in the veneer, my bedroom furniture the varnish is crinkled, may have to have both items refinish still unpacking.

Everyone worked very well together, had good communication and was very respectful. It was an overall positive experience.

I was very happy with the set up process w/the repin N.Y. It was a long distance but the arrangements were perfect, they kept in touch, informative. Driver was professional. I felt comfortable.

The way they handled the products. They were really careful w/ everything, which was impressive to me.

The care and communication with the driver and his crew. We have used North American Van Lines twice.

The communication made the process easier. The driver actually delivered items early, which was greatly appreciated.

Even though the girl had overestimated the weight she resolved it very quickly. They were careful, everything got here on-time, and there was no breakage. The crew was really great. The rep grossly overestimated the weight. Jim and Teresa Willis did a great job with the delivery.

I gave this rating based on how well North American Vanlines handled themselves, in terms of communication & packing. I was amazed by the job they did for the packing. Our items were packed carefully b/c there were no dmgs

The overall experience. They were great. They did what they said. It was a large move and they took care of us.

I think the quality of the service & attitude of all the ppl I dealt with.. Everything went according to what they said will happen clear and follow through. Like clock work.

North American kept in contact. They came when they said they would, delivered when they said they would, worked really fast, and got the job done.

The overall experience, the promptness and courtesy from North American. The agent did a good job. The president did the estimate and he did things quite efficiently.

I was kept extremely informed with everything. On past moves, I had to call. I was informed when the truck would arrived and the whole process was smooth. The first rep was a little bit busy. I moved 3 or 4 times and this was so far the best driver. polite and extremely knowledgeable and he went above & beyond. If I move again I would ask for the same driver.

The overall move was excellent. It was something we had never done before on that scale and they made it very comfortable. I had a good interaction with the first rep who came out and w/ the crew. They did a good job of transporting a classic vehicle. They loaded it last and extracted it first.

I thought that the driver was a very good people person and made me feel comfortable about what's going on. He seemed like a real nice person.

The crew was great and courteous. They were careful and did as we asked. Beverly did a great job of communicating. I had a great experience. Christopher explained everything to me. NAVL worked very hard & did better then I expected even though I was given a 10 day window. The driver was careful in driving the truck around my house.

It was their expertise and how they wrapped everything. We were greatly impressed. Anything you can say good about them put it down. We were extremely impressed with the service and would highly recommend them.

Every aspect of the move was easy to get done. They did it on time and everything was done wonderfully. I will definitely use them again. The men were wonderful and careful in handling my items.

I could call them whenever I wanted because I was given a direct line right before Christmas Eve so I can be able to talk to someone. The overall move was good.

It was my first relocation and they arrived when they said they were going to, and packed everything up on time also.

The initial agent, Karl, who came to my home, and the drivers, Karl and his wife Jackie, were amazing at their jobs. All arrived on time and they made the whole move stress free for me. Everyone involved in my move was very nice, pleasant and they made everything very easy for me.

I think everything that was supposed to be done, was done. My rep helped me a couple of times, the driver and crew was very efficient. They told me ahead of time. Everything went well. The driver was very professional. We had a wardrobe that was scratched up. Also, a couple of boxes tumbled over in the front of the truck.

Everything on this del was in perfect condition, I liked the way packed my things, most were antiques and they were careful with them.

It was the overall experience they had in packing. They were very friendly and it was an overall good experience.

The crew was excellent and so was our previous experiences with the company. As a result, we would definitely use them again in the future.

It was consistency. Everyone was very concerned about my things and the move. They worked as a team and made me feel confident on both ends.

Everything was professionally handling but the loading took 7 hours which took too long and suggested to have someone else loading the things. The delivery took too long but I liked the communication.

Scott who was our coordinator was fantastic, he always kept in contact w/me. Also our drivers Rhett Walter & Jimmy always arrived on time & they were fantastic, I was very pleased with them.

The way that the packers and the driver treated meand and the furniture; loading and unloading, they were great.

I think the professionalism and the communication from the coordinator and the driver and his crew. Everything was explained well. It went exactly the way they described it. Everybody was very professional.

There were some discrepancies regarding the timeline of when I would be contacted by the coordinator. The crew however, was very professional, helpful and nice.

The gentleman, whose name is Pete, who gave us the estimate and worked out everything, was excellent, personable, and gave me an estimate on the weight, wherein he promised what the move would cost.

All the packers & drivers were helpful, cheerful & polite. The estimate was very detailed. The packers did a great job wrapping some items.

My wife and myself saw how the movers worked and they had good working and communication skills. They are the best moving company we have worked with, and we have moved a lot. I asked them to take care of special decorations from all over the world that were very fragile and they did a good job.

I had a short time frame from the moment I contacted them and they were able to do that. The driver was professional, on time, and unloaded my items well.

North American is the best ever because I have moved at least twenty five time in my life and they were the best.

The driver Apollo and Cardell was really nice and helpful and the driver called to see if he could move my plants.

These guys were efficient and fun, they were all great and they answered all the questions they made the move situation really smooth, all of them.

The overall since the day called and until the time the truck pulled away. Everything was perfect and helpful. The crew was just the best.

The price was reasonable and the service was good. They were here a day early. They told us we get 30 days. I've gone through 95% of it. Everything was great.
