The srvc was great, however, the ending price was more expensive than I anticipated. The quote that we were given was lower than what we paid.

There were just very good. They were very courteous, very polite , on time and very careful with everything. They were great.

The overall professionalism of everybody and the care of our belongings. Everybody introduces themselves and are on first name basis.

The entire experience including the communication with the Sirva rep. The team was very considerate and tolerant with my 3 year old and we were very informed. The driver and crew were awesome.

Both the loading and delivery crews were professional and timely. The unloading crew in Oregon did a good job. The move was flawless.

I have used them before this move and every time they deliver what they say they will and it's always a good job.

I was very happy with the driver. My only discontent was with the crew members who left early & caused a delay of over 2 hours. 2 of the crew left early, so they had to call others to come out & delayed the process by over 2 hours.

North American provided personal service and they did everything as promised. For example, they gave us free boxes when we needed them.

I had a really great experience with the coordinator, she communicated well, The del tem was communicative and made moving across the country easier.

North American was on time, helped me figure out the cost, was good with my items, and I was very happy.

The overall crew, the ability to meet the scheduleand their handling of the special request that we had. Overall the professionalism of the whole team.

The scheduling and communication between me & North American was good & timely. When I emailed them with a question they responded back to me right away. This is the third time we have used them.

The driver was so easy to work with, everybody was actually. The driver, the coordinator, and estimator all were very great to work with.

It was really the fact that mark and his assistant Kim was excellent, and Ali the driver was really good. I would use them again. The estimate was good too. The crew was better was better on the loading end than the unloading and the driver was really they key.

Organization most influenced my rating. We moved into an apartment and then we moved again to the home. Our things was in storage in between. The crew that packed in VA delivered also. This is the crew I answered the survey about.

The lady who set it all up was wonderful. The two drivers who were in charge of the crews were both excellent. Because no one was there to unload the grandfather clock and marble top table. No one showed to help with unloading grandfather clock and marble top table.

They were very nice & professional. They did what they said they were going to do, I liked them very much.

The driver was a 10. The packers missed some items during the packing process. They left some things behind.

The communication and the delivery worked out well, which is what currently influenced my rating of 10. However, I need to call the rep because the actual cost exceeded the quoted estimate. Neither the local agent's crew, the over-the-road driver and his crew, nor I, did the majority of the packing. The majority of the packing was done by an outside agent.

I shopped around for quotes and North American gave me the best srvc and I was pleased. The crew & driver was very nice, efficient and accommodating.

The local agent is a former neighbor who moved us 10 years ago. We used North American at my former company to move our employees. The ratings were always off the charts and those factored my ratings.

I understand that when the estimator comes and gives you an estimate time of date and service its difficult. My property sat in the warehouse from the25th of June to July 10th.

The driver stayed in contact with me the whole duration of the move, he was very professional and he did a fine job.

I am from Illinois & the team that packed up the truck was wonderful and everything went great with the move.

The care the team took with my items, despite the difference between the two, and that they were trustworthy most influenced my rating. There were 2 individuals who visited my home. James did all the work. Peter did the driving. They were both nice. They worked from 10am to 7pm and still had to come back. Peter was slow. James worked.

The fact that they got here early. Everything went very smooth. That was the best thing, that it all just went so smooth. They crated and uncrated everything very well.
