The overall move was excellent. It was something we had never done before on that scale and they made it very comfortable. I had a good interaction with the first rep who came out and w/ the crew. They did a good job of transporting a classic vehicle. They loaded it last and extracted it first.

Everyone was nice and professional. The communication was great and my items were cared for. The service was timely.

I was extremely satisfied with the way the packers packed my goods. They were very conscientious, thorough, and very nice. All these factors most influenced my rating.

The crew that picked up and delivered the items was very professional and courteous. They were very helpful with everything. This was my first time using a professional moving team. I was satisfied.

Everything that was promised happened; and there was no issues and the delivery and communication was good.

The crew on both ends, especially at the unloading end was very good and polite. The move was efficient and the price was good. I was pleased. Carmen the coordinator did a good job.

THE OVERALL FEELING OF BEING IMPORTANT AND THE DRIVER AND PERSONEL BEING EXPEDIOSIOUS FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. THE PAPER THAT WAS USED TO WRAP THE POSSESIONS WAS WAXY AND WAS TRANSFERED TO THE POSSESIONS.

My initial contact w/ the contractor; I liked his personality b/c I was so nervous & mentally distraught. The estimator assured me everything would be fine & gave follow up calls to check on me The estimator, Gordon Stuart, was very good and calmed me down.

The driver was easy to work with. I promised a expected delivery date, but due to weateher condititons the del was delayed.

The reliability of the person that coordinated it. They were very helpful. The driver and crew who loaded and delivered my items were polite and helpful.

The guys were very friendly, they were on time and the ease of the move was good. They made it extremely easy for me to move from Texas to Michigan. The driver and his crew actually came a day earlier to began the packing process.

The care and personality of the driver. He was very professional and thorough with the move. Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises.

The driver and his crews' professionalism. I appreciated Brad keeping in touch with me, and Jason did a good job; we were overall satisfied.

Everything they did was good. They did what they said they would do. There was only one incident and that was a crack on the dial of the washer. I have written it down on the sign off sheet.

They were efficient and nice people. Every question was answered. It was the quality, you can tell when people like their job & that was shown to us. They delivered on time.

I'm breaking up my family home & North American has been lovely in taking care of everything such as sending things off to kids and planning the move. The company I've been working w/ is amazing.

I cant predict how they would handle others, but my experience was perfect. James Cory, was particularly good. He did what he said he would.

The crews in loading and packing were very careful. They put down rugs and took their time. I was very impressed. This is the second time I have used N.A.

Marc Peterson was very helpful. The driver and crews were very efficient and the driver that delivered my daughter's furniture really went out of his way as well. When my daughter was waiting for her furniture, there was a storm coming and the driver delivered and set up her furniture for her right before the storm came and she was so thrilled.

I was given excellent service & the team was very proactive on where things would be packed and placed.

The crew showed up, professional and I've never been involved with a crew and looked like they knew what they were doing. The crew was professional and they were really good.

The way they handled and came through at the last minute. They took care of me and helped me. They took care of my piano in such a special way.

The driver of the crew, Anthony Johnson, did a spectacular job. I think the way he supervised his crew and the way he loaded his truck and his responsiveness to what we asked were fabulous. Everything I asked was done absolutely cheerfully.

They did such a great job and their rep got on the phone with me, and I received a great estimate. It was surprisingly easy to do from long distance. The crew that was there to pack my things left the television to be packed by the driver the next day, and he was disappointed that he had to do some of their packing.

The whole process was good. Denise, the estimator, was good. The price was excellent. The moving, pick-up & the del was excellent. The contact during the move was excellent. My goods came early.

Everything was as scheduled. Delivered when said they would. Packed when they were supposed to. I was very happy with the service.

The initial estimate was low and we paid additional to have it stored. I was very satisfied until there was some over flow & we needed a 2nd truck. It was far behind our original estimate and it went down hill from there. The crew did fine. The estimator low balled it.

The driver was wonderful. Rubel Roybal was friendly and supportive. He calmed me down with his sense of humor and made it fun.

I would say that the quality of the driver and the three movers were good. The crew was very quick. The crew did a very good job overall given a difficult situation. I had limitation on the delivery day.

Just everything was handled in a very professional way, and arrived on-time with just a few scratches and dings. I'm still waiting for the 3rd party folks to uncrate and assemble a few things.

NAVL services was real easy, there were no issues and everything happened the way they said it would.

They got everything to the new location and they put things in the location I asked them to put them.

The loading team explained the whole process and told us what they were going to do. We were very satisfied with everything including the explanation of the charges and the driver.

It was a great experience. The man who was supposed to hook up the washer and dryer and some of the furniture was rude and unprofessional. This was a contractor.The driver packers and crew was awesome

Because they cared for our belongings as their own, they made it an enjoyable move like we were family.
